Pookotumpadam has always been known for its serene beauty and lush greenery. People here have been enthralled by art in all forms and have been admirers of the movies since the inception of the first talkies. Galaxy Cinemas is an initiative put forward by a group of entrepreneurs to the people in and around the country to provide world class experience through the world of cinema. It is the district’s first multiplex theater to provide triple beam 3D with a 4K ultra HD with an overall capacity of 500 to provide a visual treat to all the movie fanatics out there. There are two screens with a sound system powered by Dolby Atmos. The theater also has a galaxy café to offer refreshments and a spacious parking facility. We stream movies in four languages; Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and English.

Our Director Mr. Unni a great visionary and a leader, beginning his journey of entrepreneurship as a single theatre owner, he made his first step of hard work in the service industry, which today has taken the face of Pookkottumpadam No.1 film city- “Galaxy Cinemas”.
